1. Introduction

Welcome to PLOOP Swap. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PLOOP Swap platform, including all related services, features, and functionality (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PLOOP Swap is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange aggregator that facilitates instant crypto-to-crypto swaps. The Service does not hold, store, or have access to your funds at any point during the transaction process.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and are not prohibited by any applicable laws from using the Service.

PLOOP Swap does not require account creation, identity verification, or KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures for standard transactions. You may use the Service anonymously.

3. Description of Service

PLOOP Swap provides the following functionality:

  • Instant cryptocurrency-to-cryptocurrency exchange
  • Real-time exchange rate quotations
  • Transaction status tracking

PLOOP Swap acts as an interface to third-party liquidity providers. The actual exchange operations are processed by our liquidity partners. PLOOP Swap does not itself execute trades, hold reserves, or act as a counterparty.

4. Transaction Process

  1. You select the cryptocurrency pair and enter the amount to exchange.
  2. PLOOP Swap provides a real-time estimated exchange rate and the minimum exchange amount.
  3. You provide a destination wallet address for the receiving currency.
  4. PLOOP Swap generates a unique deposit address for your transaction.
  5. You send the specified amount to the deposit address.
  6. The exchange is processed, and the converted funds are sent to your destination address.

Exchange rates are estimated at the time of the quote and may fluctuate. The final amount received may differ from the initial estimate due to market volatility and network fees.

5. Fees

PLOOP Swap does not charge any additional fees beyond what is included in the exchange rate. All fees, including network fees and the service margin, are factored into the rate displayed at the time of the quote. There are no hidden charges.

6. Transaction Limitations

Each cryptocurrency pair has its own minimum exchange amount. These minimums are determined by liquidity providers and network conditions, and are displayed before you initiate a transaction.

PLOOP Swap reserves the right to impose transaction limits to comply with regulatory requirements or to protect the integrity of the Service.

7. Risks and Disclaimers

Cryptocurrency transactions are inherently risky and irreversible. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

  • Price Volatility: Cryptocurrency prices can fluctuate significantly in short periods. The amount you receive may be more or less than initially estimated.
  • Irreversibility: Once a blockchain transaction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed. Ensure all addresses and amounts are correct before sending funds.
  • Network Delays: Blockchain network congestion may cause delays in transaction processing. PLOOP Swap is not responsible for delays caused by network conditions.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Sending funds to an incorrect or incompatible address may result in permanent loss of funds. PLOOP Swap cannot recover funds sent to wrong addresses.
  • Third-Party Risk: As PLOOP Swap routes transactions through third-party liquidity providers, delays or issues at the provider level may affect your transaction.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud
  • Circumventing sanctions, embargoes, or any applicable trade restrictions
  • Any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
  • Automated access to the Service without prior written consent (bots, scrapers, etc.)
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service’s infrastructure

9. Privacy and Data

PLOOP Swap is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not require personal information, and we do not perform KYC/AML identity verification for standard transactions.

The Service may retain minimal operational data (such as transaction IDs and status information) necessary to facilitate active transactions. This data is retained only for the duration needed to complete the transaction and provide support if required.

PLOOP Swap does not use tracking cookies, analytics services, or sell any data to third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, and software comprising the Service are the property of PLOOP Swap and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PLOOP Swap and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, profits, data, or other intangible losses.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PLOOP Swap, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Service Availability

PLOOP Swap strives to maintain continuous availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

PLOOP Swap reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice.

14. Modifications to Terms

PLOOP Swap may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
